Welcome to SenangScan! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service to manage or attend an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Parties
- "We", "Us", or "Our": Refers to the owners and operators of the SenangScan platform.
- "Organizer": A user who creates an account to manage events, sell or distribute tickets, and scan attendees.
- "Guest" or "Attendee": An individual who registers for, buys a ticket to, or attends an Organizer's event.
2. Account Responsibilities
- Account Security: Organizers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Staff Limits: Account sharing to bypass "Staff Limits" is strictly prohibited. Organizers must purchase "Extra Staff" add-ons to grant access to team members. We reserve the right to terminate sessions or accounts that violate concurrent login limits.
- Lawful Use: Organizers agree not to use the platform to organize illegal, fraudulent, or harmful events. We reserve the right to suspend any account or delete any event that violates local laws or our community standards.
3. Billing, Payments, and Subscriptions
- Subscription Plans (B2B): Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Pay-Per-Event (B2C): Single-event unlocks are one-time payments based on your selected capacity tier.
- Refund Policy: Because we provide immediate access to digital infrastructure and ticket generation, all payments are strictly non-refundable once a transaction is completed.
4. Data Privacy and PDPA Compliance
- Data Controller vs. Processor: The Organizer is the "Data Controller" of their guests' information. Our platform acts only as the "Data Processor," storing and routing this data on behalf of the Organizer.
- Data Retention & Auto-Deletion: To protect user privacy, we employ a strict data retention policy. Guest uploaded media (including profile photos) will be permanently deleted from our servers 60 days after the conclusion of the event. Organizers are responsible for exporting any necessary data before this period ends.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SenangScan and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
