Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how SenangScan ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our platform.

1. Information We Collect

• For Organizers: We collect your name, email address, phone number, organization details, and payment information (processed securely via Stripe).
• For Guests/Attendees: We collect the information you provide when registering for an event, such as your name, email, phone number, photos, and any custom fields requested by the Event Organizer.

2. Data Controller vs. Data Processor

Under data protection laws (such as the PDPA), the Event Organizer is the Data Controller for all attendee information. SenangScan acts strictly as a Data Processor. We only process guest data to facilitate ticketing, check-ins, and event management on behalf of the Organizer. We will never sell your data.

3. Data Retention and Auto-Deletion

To ensure the security and privacy of attendees, we enforce a strict data minimization policy. All media uploaded by guests (including profile photos) is permanently deleted from our servers 60 days after the event concludes.

4. Security of Your Information

We implement industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and secure token architecture, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
